Last October Rob and I did the C2C over 3 days. It was epic and fun and gruelling but well worth it. There was fantastic scenery in the Lakes, the triumph of the Winlatter pass, the B+B in Greystoke. Hartside was difficult but we made it, it was the next 3 hills that nearly killed us. Arriving at Tynemouth after the slog up from Rookhope and the gentle slope on the Waskerley way was great.
